What the price does not include
- Product photography and models
- Your advertising budget
- Writing your product descriptions
- Third-party plugin or software licences
- Ongoing maintenance after handover, unless on a monthly package
- Anything not written into the scope annexe
Our guarantee, stated exactly
If your site is not live within the working days written in the contract, the service fee comes back in full. No conditions.
We will not guarantee sales, orders, followers or search ranking. Those depend on your product, price, delivery and customer service — things outside our control. A guarantee that covers what we cannot control is not a guarantee, it is a sales line.
So we guarantee delivery, and we put the rest in numbers you can check every month.
About the money
Because it is not our money. Domain, hosting and SSL go directly to third parties and we pass on what they cost. Keeping it as its own line means you can see exactly what is a real cost and what is our fee.
