About us
We learned this on our own shops first.
Most agencies in Bangladesh have never sold anything themselves. They have never watched forty inbox messages turn into three orders. They have never lost a parcel in courier, never eaten a return, never spent a night rewriting captions because the last batch got no reach.
We have. That is the whole difference. When a shop owner explains her problem to us, we are not translating it into agency language. We had the same problem last season and we know which of the four obvious fixes actually moved anything.
So the work we sell is not a service list we assembled from other agencies' websites. It is the set of things we built for ourselves, in the order we needed them, once they had already worked.
And because we needed to learn it all ourselves, we teach it back. Learn. Grow. Succeed.
Six rules we do not bend, even when it costs us the job.
The domain goes in your name
Every domain we register is in the client's own name, with the login handed over. If you ever want to leave, we transfer it ourselves. Nobody should be kept by a locked account.
We guarantee delivery, never sales
If the site is not live in the days we promised, the fee comes back. What we will never promise is a sales figure — that depends on your product, price and service, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you something else.
The renewal price is written on day one
Second-year domain and hosting costs appear in the proposal before you pay us anything. The common trick is to hide it and let the client find out in month thirteen.
Two clients a month, and a waiting list
A full build takes fourteen working days. A third client would mean three late deliveries instead of two good ones. So we say no, and we say when we are free.
If we cannot do it, we say so
There are jobs outside what we are good at. We would rather refer you to someone who does them well than learn on your budget.
Everything important is in writing
Scope, timeline, what is excluded, revision count, payment stages, ownership. Six months later nobody remembers a phone call the same way.
