01Learn the work
Week 1–2Two weeks of training, free. You learn to read a Facebook page and spot the three things costing it orders, then record a short audit and send it. That single skill is what everything after this is built on.

Month 2You sit inside a real project — photo editing, content upload, profile template fill-in — with someone senior checking your work. This is where part-time people usually start.

Month 3–4You find the client and hold the relationship. We build, on our templates, under your name if you prefer. You keep a share of every project without owning any delivery risk.

Month 5–6This is the step that changes the shape of your income. A one-time project pays you once. A monthly client pays you every month, and the ones from earlier months are still paying.

We give priority to four groups.
Women
Most of the businesses we serve are run by women, and they are more comfortable explaining their problems to someone who understands them. We give women first priority in every intake, and the work is fully remote.
Students
The work fits around classes. Fifteen hours a week is enough to start, and the skills — sales, design, delivery — are worth more on a CV than most internships.
Part-time workers
You keep your job. Referrals cost you nothing but a message, and delivery work is scheduled around your evenings.
Full-time builders
If you want this to become your own agency, that is the path we prefer. We would rather have twenty partners than twenty employees.
